To the rear, a south-facing terrace with table and chairs looks out over open countryside, a spot for meals outside, while a small paved and gravelled garden sits at the front. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a slimline dishwasher, a washer dryer and a microwave, and the living area has a TV with built-in DVD player and WiFi.

On-street parking is available a short distance from the front door. Up to two well-behaved dogs are accepted, and the house is strictly no smoking. The shop and pub are around eight minutes' walk away.
