The Piggery

This converted barn sits on a working regenerative farm in High Bickington, near Umberleigh. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area feature a wood burner with a first basket of logs included, a smart TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine, plus a separate WC alongside the en-suite shower room.

The bedroom has a super-king-size zip and link bed that can be split into twin singles on request. A smart TV is also fitted in the bedroom. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and robes are provided for use with the private hot tub.

Outside, a courtyard holds the private hot tub, a charcoal BBQ and garden furniture. Beyond the courtyard, the farm grounds are yours to explore, with marked walks through woodland, an apple orchard and a wild flower meadow. Bicycle and surf storage is on site. Off-road parking for one car is provided, and electric vehicle charging is available with payment made directly to the owner.

The barn accommodates 2 guests and welcomes up to 3 dogs, though additional charges may apply. Babes in arms are welcome; infants are not accepted. A community shop and pub are 1.5 miles away, and the nearest beach is around 17 miles distant.
