The Old Greengrocers

The Old Greengrocers is a converted shop in the heart of Shaldon, close to the local shops, pubs and the coastline. The open-plan ground floor holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting room, and there's a handy cloakroom with a basin and WC on this level too.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and the living area has a sofa bed, so the cottage sleeps 5 in total. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer, and there's a Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games.

Outside, a rear enclosed courtyard has furniture, a private spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink. Central heating covers the cottage, and fuel and power are included in the rent, though bed linen only, guests need to bring their own towels.

The Old Greengrocers does not accept pets, is no smoking throughout and does not take stag, hen or single-sex party bookings; the lead guest must be over 21. The minimum stay is 4 nights. The shop, pub and river are all around 0.1 miles away and the beach is 50 metres from the door. Parking is in the public car parks nearby, payable on site.
