This upside-down property near Northam has been designed to make the most of its outlook, with the living space placed upstairs to capture views towards the countryside and coast. It sleeps four across two ground-floor bedrooms.

Both bedrooms sit on the ground floor: a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room, and a twin room served by a separate family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Each bedroom has its own television, and a travel cot is provided for parents travelling with a baby.

Upstairs, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is fitted with an electric hob and oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge freezer, so cooking for the group is straightforward. Glass doors lead out to a balcony with seating, where the sea view can be enjoyed with a morning coffee or an evening drink. A Smart TV with DVD player sits in the living space for quieter evenings.

Outside, a lawn garden and enclosed patio have space for garden furniture and a barbecue, useful for eating outside after a day on the sand. Private parking is provided for two cars, and internet access is available in the property. One dog is welcome by arrangement, with additional charges applying, and guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. The beach, along with a local shop and pub, is within a mile.
