Coach House At Conybeare Drive

This converted barn sits in a quiet residential spot close to Northam, around half a mile from the village. Access is via external stone steps fitted with a handrail, leading up to first-floor living space, so the layout won't suit everyone.

Through the front door, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living area, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a wood burner. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and there's a dining table for mealtimes.

Stairs lead down to the two bedrooms: a double with en-suite bathroom (shower over bath and WC) and a twin room with its own en-suite shower room and WC. The property sleeps four in total. A washing machine is provided for longer stays.

Outside, down the external steps, there's a small allocated seating area with a bistro table and chairs. Off-road parking is provided for one car, with additional roadside parking nearby if needed. One dog is welcome, though dogs are not permitted downstairs at any time and a stair gate is supplied for this purpose; additional charges may apply. Beach, shops and pubs are all within a mile of the property.
