The Lodge

The Lodge sits on the outskirts of Dawlish Warren, near Starcross, a single-storey bungalow built to a fully residential standard rather than as a static caravan. Off-road parking greets arrivals at the entrance, leading into an open-plan living space with a Smart TV.

The bungalow sleeps 4 across two ground-floor bedrooms, a double and a bunk room, both with their own TV and ample storage for luggage and belongings. The single bathroom has a bath with a shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and the living area has a second TV alongside the Smart TV and WiFi throughout. Electric central heating covers the bungalow, with fuel and power included in the rent, and bed linen and towels are also provided.

Patio doors lead out, with steps down, to an enclosed rear garden with a lawn and outdoor furniture, a private spot for time outside. No pets are allowed and the property is no smoking. A minimum stay of 3 nights applies, and in July and August only weekly bookings starting on a Friday can be taken. The shop is around 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.8 miles and the beach 1.3 miles.
