Starcross

Starcross, near Dawlish Warren, is home to Warren Roost, a converted hayloft arranged as a self-contained studio. Reached via external steps to the first floor, the open-plan space combines lounge, kitchen, dining and sleeping areas within one L-shaped room, where original beams and exposed stonework remain alongside a reclining sofa, armchair and 43” TV/DVD. The kitchen area is fitted with an electric oven, hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave/combi grill and a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, with a dining table and chairs to one side.

A separate shower room with WC sits just off the main living space, and the double bed area is warmed by an electric heater. Outside, guests have use of a raised decked area with garden furniture and access to the extensive grounds, from which distant views open across the surrounding countryside and the Exe estuary. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and one dog is allowed, with additional charges possibly applying.
