Orchard Cottage

Orchard Cottage stands in Holcombe, a village between Dawlish and Teignmouth, close to Dawlish. It sleeps 4 across two upstairs bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, sharing one bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Downstairs is a kitchen/diner and a separate sitting room with a Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, alongside a kettle and toaster. Gas central heating and WiFi cover the rest of the practicalities.

A front patio area with furniture sits outside, and off-road parking is provided for 1 car. A highchair and travel cot are available on request at the time of booking, though guests need to bring their own travel cot bedding.

Orchard Cottage welcomes two well-behaved pets, and the property is no smoking throughout. The shop is 1.6 miles away, the pub, the Castle Inn, is 0.1 miles, and the beach is 0.6 miles.

Holcombe sits in a designated conservation area between Dawlish and Teignmouth, with a village shop and a traditional pub among its thatched cottages. The South West Coast Path passes close by, and the seaside towns of Teignmouth and Dawlish, with their beaches and waterfront cafes, are both an easy reach, along with Dawlish Warren's nature reserve and the moorland of Dartmoor National Park further afield.
