Kenny Cottage

Kenny Cottage sits in the heart of Dawlish, near the beach, with easy access to a nearby public car park. The sitting room has a warming electric fire and a Smart TV with Netflix, and the kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, with a utility room housing a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Two bedrooms sleep 4: a standard double, and a twin with two singles plus an additional truckle bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. A ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC serves both rooms. Outside, a shared courtyard is a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening drink as you plan the day ahead.

Kenny Cottage takes one well-behaved pet. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are all available for younger guests, and WiFi is included throughout. Electric vehicle charging isn't permitted at the property itself, though three charging points are available at the nearby car park for guest use.

The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.1 miles, and the beach 0.4 miles. This property is for holiday purposes only, and bookings made through social care or local authority schemes cannot be accommodated. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
