Mimosa is a two-storey property in Dawlish, standing alongside the owner's own home, close to the town's amenities and the beach. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, making it a fit for a small family or two couples travelling together.

An open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a Smart TV as the social hub of the property, and a dining table for meals in. A king-size bedroom with its own TV and a twin room share a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and a fridge with an ice box, and gas central heating covers the property, with fuel and power included in the rent. There's a Smart TV, a second TV with DVD player and WiFi for evenings in. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and the enclosed rear patio has furniture for time outside with a glass of wine.

No pets are allowed and Mimosa is strictly no smoking. Roadside parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional parking in a nearby car park. The shop and pub are around 0.2 miles away, with the beach about 0.4 miles, making the town's amenities an easy walk from the door.
