The Keel Row

The Keel Row is an elevated ground-floor apartment in Salcombe, part of Propeller House, reached by a flight of steps that may not suit guests with limited mobility. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms: a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room, and a twin. A double sofa bed in the sitting room can take two more guests without raising the stated capacity, and sofa bed linen is available on request. There's also a family bathroom with a bath and shower over.

The sitting room has an electric fire alongside the sofa bed, and a sunny conservatory leads off it with views over the estuary, creek and out to sea. From the master bedroom, guests can step onto a terrace to enjoy morning coffee. The kitchen/diner is fitted with a range cooker, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a TV with DVD player, and gas central heating plus the electric fire cover the apartment. A terrace off the property has furniture and a barbecue, with a small rear courtyard for wetsuits and gear.

Two designated off-road parking spaces are provided, and a charcoal barbecue is available, though fuel is not included. The shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles away, so day-to-day errands stay close by. No pets are allowed, smoking is not permitted, candles may not be used, and stag or hen bookings are not accepted. Children should be supervised on the terrace at all times.
