St Elmo Lodge

St Elmo Lodge is a ground-floor apartment a short walk from North Sands Beach, with views over the Salcombe Estuary. The entrance hall opens onto a kitchen with granite worktops, two electric ovens, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee maker, and a triple-aspect sitting room looks towards the beach with sofas, a TV and French doors onto the decking.

The apartment sleeps 7 across three en-suite bedrooms: a master and a second bedroom both with super king-size beds, and a bunk room with a stacker bed underneath, available on request. The first en-suite has a bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail, the second a bath/shower unit with the same fittings, and the third is a shower room. A dining room seats six and adjoins a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside, a landscaped garden has a decked seating area, and a front patio has garden furniture and an iron dining table. Parking is available for two to three cars, with an EV charger on site, and a travel cot can be provided for younger guests. Guests do not have use of the swimming pool at St Elmo Court.

One well-behaved dog is permitted. WiFi is available throughout, and the apartment is strictly no smoking. As several Salcombe properties sit up hills, it's worth checking the exact location with the booking team before you travel.
