8 Little Hill

8 Little Hill is a detached house a short walk from the centre of Salcombe, with the shop around 0.4 miles away and the beach about 0.9 miles. It sleeps 7 across three bedrooms: two king-size rooms and a ground-floor triple bunk room with a double bed on the bottom and a single above. A bathroom with a bath and shower serves the house, plus a separate cloakroom.

The living/dining room has an electric fire, a Smart TV and WiFi, and a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher, plus a kettle and toaster for everyday use.

There's a front lawn and patio that aren't enclosed, and a private rear garden and patio with furniture and a barbecue for meals outside. Steps lead down into the garden, worth knowing if anyone in the group has limited mobility. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, with guests asked to use the driveway rather than the turning circle.

Dogs are welcome at 8 Little Hill; check the limit when you book. Smoking is not permitted. With a bunk room on the ground floor and two gardens to spread out in, it suits a family or a group of friends wanting easy access to Salcombe's shops, the river and the beach.
