4 The Salcombe is a ground-floor apartment set within a waterfront complex in the heart of Salcombe, a short walk from the town's boutique shops, cafes and popular eateries. The sitting room is the standout room, with four bay windows framing views across the gardens and estuary, generous seating for all 7 guests it sleeps, a coffee table, sideboard and flatscreen TV.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, and is joined by a twin room, a bunk room and a newly created single room with garden access. A separate fully tiled shower room completes the layout, and a cot is available on request.

Residents of the complex share an outdoor heated swimming pool, open annually from May to September, along with communal gardens, mooring access on the Salcombe pontoon for boats up to 5 metres, and one off-road parking space allocated in the secure car park. Electric car charging is not available or permitted here, and there is a communal laundry in the building for guests' use.

A washing machine and dishwasher are fitted in the kitchen, and WiFi covers the apartment throughout alongside a flatscreen TV in the sitting room. No pets are allowed and no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The shop is 0.3 miles away, with the pub and river 0.1 miles and the beach around 0.9 miles from the front door.
