Coxswains Watch

Coxswains Watch is a duplex apartment with its own private entrance from Fore Street, a few yards' walk into Salcombe for shops, restaurants and pubs. The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area has a wide bay window over the harbour and uninterrupted views over the estuary, with a dining table seating eight.

Three bedrooms sleep 7 in total. The first has a picture window with estuary views and a super king-size bed. The second is also super king-size, and can be made up as two 3-foot single beds if requested at the time of booking. The third has bunk beds, a single over a double. A contemporary shower room and a family bathroom serve the three rooms, plus a separate utility room.

The kitchen has a fridge, a second fridge with ice box, washing machine, tumble dryer, four-ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave, and the lounge has a TV with Sky Q. Gas central heating supplies hot water throughout. To the rear, a small enclosed private terrace has garden furniture for sitting out.

A parking pass for one car is included, valid for the long-stay Creek Car Park a short walk from the apartment, though this is subject to restrictions. No pets are permitted, and the property is strictly no smoking throughout.
