3 Bonaventure Close

3 Bonaventure Close is a four-bedroom house in Salcombe, Devon, with views over open countryside towards Dartmoor and off-road parking for one car. The house sleeps 7 across a king-size room with its own TV, a further bedroom, a single and a bunk room, and there are three steps up to the front door.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. An external utility room holds a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, plus coat-hanging space.

Upstairs, a bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower and a separate shower room, both with a basin and a WC, serve the four bedrooms. A highchair, a stairgate and a travel cot are available on request, and a Smart TV, a second TV and WiFi cover the living areas.

Outside, an enclosed multi-level garden has furniture and a barbecue for meals outdoors, though there's a raised area to mind in the garden as well as the front steps. One dog is welcome, but it must stay off all furniture and downstairs at all times, and guests are asked to clean up after it in the garden. Smoking is not permitted. The shop is about 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.4 miles, and the beach around 1.5 miles off.
