Lower Court House

Lower Court House is a duplex apartment in the centre of Salcombe, split across the ground and lower ground floors and reached down several steep steps to the entrance. The apartment sleeps 7 across four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The ground floor holds a shower room and a twin bedroom, good for two children, along with the open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. Down on the lower ground floor are three more bedrooms: two king-size rooms and a single with its own truckle bed underneath, sharing a bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate walk-in shower.

The kitchen has an electric oven and halogen hob, a fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi in the living area. Heating comes from a gas central system, with a wood-burner-effect gas heater in the sitting room. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

A parking pass is provided for one car in Salcombe's long-stay car park, allocated on a first-come basis. One well-behaved pet is welcome, and the shop, pub and beach are all around 0.1 miles away. Smoking is not permitted.

The apartment sits close to Salcombe's cafes, pubs and sandy beaches, with South Sands beach within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Salcombe Castle just off North Sands. A passenger ferry runs across to East Portlemouth for further beaches, and the South West Coast Path is on the doorstep for walkers.
