Spinnaker Cottage

Spinnaker Cottage sits centrally on Fore Street in Salcombe, old and quirky with period features from its days as part of a boat builder's yard, and close to the town's waterfront. Most rooms have views of the estuary towards East Portlemouth and South Pool Creek. The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

On the first floor, a king-size room has an adjoining Jack-and-Jill shower room connecting to a twin room with two single beds, both with estuary views. A further twin sits on the lower ground floor, with a limited head height of 5'10" and a bathroom next door that shares the same restriction. The sitting room has two small sofas, a Smart TV and DVD player, and a door onto a small balcony with two chairs overlooking the estuary.

The kitchen/dining room is fitted with a hob, double oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, with a table seating up to 6, and a freezer and washing machine are kept in the boat store. Gas central heating and constant hot water cover the cottage, and a parking pass is provided for one car in Salcombe's Long Stay car park, subject to restrictions.

As a baby friendly property, a travel cot, bed guard, high chair and stair gate are available, along with small cutlery, beakers and plates. Guests get free access to the gym, pool, sauna and steam room at the nearby Salcombe Harbour Hotel Spa via included passes. No pets are permitted and the cottage is strictly no smoking; WiFi is available throughout.
