1 Orchard Cottages

1 Orchard Cottage is a semi-detached house in Salcombe, a minute's walk from the boat park and a level walk into the town centre, with the shops and pubs within a few minutes of the door.

The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, two with king-size beds and one with a super king-size bed, each with its own en suite shower room. A family bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower, plus a downstairs shower room, bring the total to five bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own balcony with chairs, overlooking the activity on Island Street.

Downstairs, the kitchen is fitted for family cooking, and there is a separate sitting room with a dining area plus a snug for anyone wanting their own space. The enclosed rear and front gardens have outdoor furniture and a barbecue for meals outside, and off-road parking is provided for one car.

1 Orchard Cottage takes one well behaved dog. There is no dedicated electric car charging point, though the property can be charged from an internal socket for an extra charge with your own extension lead, and hot tub hire can be arranged locally at an additional charge. The house is strictly no smoking.
