The property is reached up a flight of 42 steep stone steps from the shared driveway, so it suits guests happy with stairs.

The open-plan living area combines a sunroom, a lounge with two double sofas and a Smart TV, and a dining room seating six, all looking out over the estuary. The kitchen has a bar area, an electric single oven, an induction hob, a microwave, an integrated fridge/freezer, a food processor, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine.

A master bedroom with a king-size bed and a twin room with its own en-suite are on the first floor, alongside the family bathroom; a second twin room with a TV and DVD player is on the second floor.
