29 Fore Street

29 Fore Street is a traditional terraced cottage in Salcombe, under a minute's walk from the ferries to the beaches and the town's shops and restaurants, with several rooms looking out over the estuary towards East Portlemouth. The accommodation is spread across three floors, with a middle-floor open-plan living, kitchen and dining room and a cloakroom.

The kitchen and dining space has a table seating six, two sofas in the living area, and estuary views throughout. Upstairs, two bedrooms share the top floor, both with estuary views: a king-size room with an en-suite shower room, and a second with bunk beds. The third bedroom, another king-size, is on the lower ground floor next to a utility room with a washer/dryer.

A family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower serves the lower bedroom, and a large decked balcony overlooking the estuary is furnished with a table and chairs for meals outside. The cottage sleeps up to 6, but for reasons of comfort a maximum of four adults is permitted.

A yard at the rear gives useful outside space and parking for one car. Gas central heating runs throughout, and the property has a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. No pets are allowed and the cottage is strictly no smoking.
