2 Hamstone Court is a three-bedroom apartment in private grounds above Salcombe's waterfront, with views over the estuary and the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth from the balcony and one of the bedrooms. Refurbished over the 2023/24 winter, it is entered from a communal hallway and sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The main bedroom has a super king-size bed with bunk beds for children, available on request when booking, and an en suite with a large walk-in shower, basin and w.c. A second bedroom also has a super king-size bed and opens directly onto the balcony, while the third is a twin room with two single beds. A separate shower room and a family bathroom with a corner bath serve the second and third bedrooms.

The open-plan living and dining room seats eight at an oak table, with two sofas and sliding patio doors to the balcony. The kitchen has a Siemens induction hob, single oven, combination microwave, integrated fridge and freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher, and a separate utility room holds the washing machine, tumble dryer, a second fridge and a sink. A Smart TV and WiFi cover evenings in, with gas-fired heating throughout.

Allocated parking is provided for two cars, one in the garage and one in front of it. The apartment is strictly no smoking, and no pets are permitted. All bed linen, pillows and towels are supplied, though guests need to bring their own beach towels.
