17 St Elmo Court is a first-floor apartment within a development in sub-tropical gardens above Salcombe, with views over the valley and the mouth of the Salcombe estuary. It's a short walk to North Sands Beach and to the town's shops and restaurants, and the apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a P-shaped bath and a shower over it. The second bedroom has twin beds that link into a super king-size bed on request, and the third bedroom has two full-size single beds; both share a separate shower room with a walk-in shower.

The open-plan lounge and dining room has high ceilings, a four-seater sofa, two armchairs and an eight-person extending table, opening onto a furnished balcony. The kitchen has a four-ring gas hob, an electric double oven, a dishwasher and a washer-dryer, and the living area has a 55-inch smart TV with a Sonos music system. WiFi is available throughout.

St Elmo residents have exclusive use of a private outdoor heated swimming pool, available from early May to late September. There is parking for one car, with two 22kw EV chargers in the lower car park for guests who need them, and the property is strictly no smoking and no pets.
