1D Harbour View

1D Harbour View sits in the centre of Salcombe, reached by a set of stairs up to the first and second floors. An open-plan living space greets you at the top, with a bright sitting area, dining table and a kitchen fitted out for cooking a full family meal after a day at the beach.

The first floor holds the king-size bedroom, which has its own balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over. Two twin bedrooms occupy the second floor, sharing a shower room with a further shower, basin and WC. The property is not suitable for children under 6, and stag and hen groups are not accepted here.

The kitchen has an electric oven and induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher and coffee machine, and there's a washer/dryer for longer stays. A TV and WiFi are provided throughout, and heating comes from gas central heating plus an electric fire in the living room for cooler evenings.

No pets are allowed at 1D Harbour View, and smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the apartment. The shop and pub are both within 0.2 miles, an easy stroll from the front door, putting the rest of Salcombe's restaurants and shops within easy reach too, along with the harbour itself.
