Spindrift

Spindrift sits close to the waterside at Instow, within walking distance of the beach, a shop and a pub. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, with a conservatory offering a separate spot to sit with a book or a drink away from the main hub of the house.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, coffee machine and wine cooler, and the dining area seats the full party of six. The lounge has a Smart TV with a Wii console. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate WC.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms: two super-king-size doubles, one with a hidden TV built into the wardrobe, and a twin room that can be made up as a super-king bed on request. Each of the super-king bedrooms has its own television. A shower room with WC completes this floor, meaning the two bathroom-style spaces are split between ground and first floor rather than both upstairs.

Outside, an enclosed garden wraps around the property and includes a private hot tub, an outdoor hot and cold shower, a lawn and a decked seating area with garden furniture. Off-road parking is available for three cars, and CCTV covers the driveway and parking area only. Dogs are not permitted, and hen and stag parties are not accepted; group bookings may be asked to confirm the purpose of their stay.
