This bungalow in Northam sleeps six across three bedrooms and suits families or groups wanting a self-catering base close to the North Devon coast. The property sits less than a mile from the sea near Westward Ho!, with a pub, shop and beach all within that distance.

Inside, a beach-themed lounge with a reading nook and desk space leads through to a kitchen/diner fitted with an electric range oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a breakfast bar and a separate dining area reached by a couple of steps. The three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping thanks to zip-and-link beds in two of the rooms, though the twin room is accessed via a step down from the main living space. The bathroom has a bath and separate shower, with an additional separate WC elsewhere in the house.

Outside, the enclosed rear patio garden has a decked seating area, a pergola, a fire pit and a charcoal barbecue, along with an outdoor tap useful for rinsing off sand. A further unenclosed area at the front holds a bistro table and chairs. Two cars can park on the private driveway, and there is additional unrestricted parking on the street.

Two dogs are welcome at this property, though additional charges may apply. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and internet access is provided. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
