Coco Beach

Coco Beach is a modern holiday home in Northam, on the edge of Westward Ho!, sleeping six across three bedrooms. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space occupies the first floor, with bi-fold doors leading onto a balcony fitted with a bistro table and chairs.

All three bedrooms are on the ground floor: two king-size rooms each with their own en-suite shower room, and a twin zip-and-link room that can be converted to super-king on request. A further bathroom with a rainfall shower over the bath serves the rest of the home, along with a separate utility room for laundry and extra storage.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and air fryer, and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. Underfloor heating and a gas woodburner keep the living space comfortable, and there are Smart TVs with sound systems in the lounge and bedrooms. Outside, a private patio is home to a private hot tub for up to five people, a gas barbecue, an outdoor shower and garden furniture for dining, all enclosed for privacy.

Private parking for two cars is provided on site, along with free electric vehicle charging. Two dogs are welcome, with additional charges applying, and dog bowls and treats are supplied. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate can be provided for families travelling with young children. Guests should note that arrival is from 4pm and departure is required by 9.30am, and beach towels are not included so should be brought separately.
