Sea Thrift

Sea Thrift is a duplex apartment over two floors in Teignmouth, close enough to the beach, shops and a pub that they're all around 50 yards away. Sleeping 2 in one king-size bedroom, it has a ground-floor bathroom with a shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Downstairs, the open-plan living and dining room has a smart TV and a comfy sofa next to a compact kitchen with a slimline dishwasher. The king-size bedroom sits upstairs on the first floor, away from the living space below.

Electric heating, WiFi and a fridge, oven, hob and microwave cover a stay, with bed linen and towels included. Parking is free on-street nearby, or paid in public car parks with online weekly permits.

Teignmouth's seafront has a sandy beach, a working harbour and a Victorian pier, plus a sailing club and diving centre, and the seaward side of town known as the Den has lawns, play areas, tennis courts and a bowling green. Dartmoor National Park is 12 miles away and Exeter 15 miles.

The apartment is strictly no smoking, and bookings here are for holiday and leisure only, not work, business or social-care placements. Teignmouth also hosts folk and jazz festivals each year, along with an annual carnival and water regatta.
