Rockside

Rockside sits up a flight of concrete steps in the town of Salcombe, with sea views and skylight windows in the second-floor bedroom. It sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and an open-plan living space, a short drive from the beach.

The first floor has a king-size bedroom and an adult bunk room, while a second king-size bedroom sits on the second floor beneath the skylights, taking in the coastal views. A shower room on the ground floor and a separate bathroom with bath and shower over complete the facilities, and a utility area handles the washing.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, along with a washing machine, and a Smart TV plus a shelf of books and games for evenings in. Meals can be shared around the dining table, and the front garden has decking, furniture and a barbecue for dining outdoors when the weather allows.

Rockside does not have dedicated parking, relying instead on the public car park nearby, and smoking is not permitted. The shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles away and the river 0.2 miles, with the town's shops and quay a short stroll along Victoria Quay, and the Salcombe to Bolt Head walk starting nearby along the coast path.
