Rock Point

Rock Point sits in a quiet part of Salcombe, a short walk from the town centre, with all rooms mostly on one level. A drive with parking for two vehicles leads up to six stone steps at the entrance, and the sitting room just inside has a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings.

Double doors lead from the sitting room into a light-filled conservatory used for family meals, with its own access to the kitchen and doors out to a stone terrace. The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a master with a super king-size bed and en-suite shower room, a second super king-size room that can be split into two singles on request, and a bunk bedroom, sharing a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer and a Nespresso coffee maker, and a highchair is available. To the front is a lawn with a stone terrace, table, chairs and a barbecue, and a further rear garden is fully enclosed, giving two separate spots to sit outside.

Rock Point welcomes two well-behaved dogs, and gas heating covers the property. Note that electric vehicle charging is strictly not permitted here, and the property is strictly no smoking.
