Quarter Deck is a ground-floor apartment in the heart of Salcombe, close to Victoria Quay and the town's shops. It sleeps 4 across two king-size bedrooms, with the convenience of single-level living throughout and a sunny outlook.

One king-size bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin and WC, while the second is served by a wet room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC just along the hall, useful when both rooms are in use at once. The open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas in one room.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge/freezer with ice box, kettle and toaster, and there's a TV in the sitting area for evenings in after the beach. Beyond the living space, an enclosed rear courtyard offers a private spot to sit outside away from the street.

Quarter Deck welcomes one dog, and smoking is not permitted. There is no parking supplied at the property itself, though paid long-stay parking is a few minutes' walk away. The shop is around 0.1 miles from the door, the pub 0.3 miles and the beach 1.9 miles, reachable via the South Sands ferry from Victoria Quay, or by hopping across to East Portlemouth for Millbay.
