Prospects is a single-storey apartment in a quiet part of Salcombe, a short walk from the town centre, decorated in muted white and grey with sea views from its elevated position. The open-plan kitchen and dining area has bi-folding doors onto a balcony, a spot for alfresco dining on a warm day, and the sitting room has doors out to a further decking area at the front.

The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms: a master king-size with en-suite bathroom, a second king-size double, and a bunk room for children, plus a further shower room. The owners have stocked a good deal of baby equipment, including a high chair, travel cot, toddler bed guard and steriliser, useful for families travelling with young children.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, hob, dishwasher and wine cooler, and heating is gas-fired throughout; the sitting room's feature gas fire is currently not in use. Parking is provided for one small or medium car, and WiFi covers the apartment. There are a number of steps up to the front door, worth noting for anyone in your group who finds steps difficult.

Prospects takes one well-behaved dog, and outdoor furniture on the decking is stored away between September and spring. The property is strictly no smoking, and the property next door is under reconstruction, so it's worth checking with the office before booking if building noise would be a concern.
