Orchard Barn View

Orchard Barn View is a Scandinavian-style cabin near Aylesbeare, set within a working estate around eight miles from Exeter. It sleeps four across two bedrooms and suits couples or a small family travelling together, with an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forming the main living space.

The master bedroom has a super-king-size four-poster bed, doors onto the outside space and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower. The second bedroom is a twin tucked beneath a vaulted wooden ceiling on the mezzanine level, with its own family shower room at the foot of the stairs. A second lounge area has sofas that convert into beds, though this does not increase the stated sleeping capacity of four.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, and there are Smart TVs in both the lounge and bedroom. Glass doors and a second set of French doors open the living areas onto a large patio with outdoor furniture. Guests also have shared access to the wider grounds, including a pond and an orchard reached via mown paths.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and internet access is available. A shop is around a mile away and a pub roughly 500 metres from the property. This cabin does not accept children or dogs, and CCTV covers the main entrance, driveway, gravel car park and adjacent agricultural barns. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 10am.
