Little Westcroft

Little Westcroft is a single-storey annexe standing apart from the owner's main house in Woodbury, East Devon, and sleeps two guests in one double bedroom. Access is via seven external steps up to the front door, so this layout suits guests comfortable with a short outdoor climb rather than those needing level entry.

Inside, the kitchen sits to the rear of the property and comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A shower room with a large corner shower and WC lies alongside it, and there's no separate bathroom. The lounge/dining area at the end of the hallway is an open, free-flowing space with a sofa and Smart TV, giving a relaxed spot for evenings in after a day exploring East Devon or visiting Exeter, around eight miles away.

Outside, guests have use of a private, enclosed section of garden with a small lawn area and an outdoor seating and dining space, complete with a charcoal barbecue. Off-road parking is available on site for one car, and internet access is provided throughout the stay.

Two dogs are welcome at Little Westcroft, though additional charges may apply, and the fenced lawn gives them a safe space to potter about. A pub and shop are within half a mile on foot, useful for a quick supply run or evening meal without needing the car. Check-in runs from 3pm and checkout is by 10am.
