The Apple Loft

The Apple Loft sits on the outskirts of Exeter, a cottage with an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area on the ground floor, plus a separate study for reading or catching up on work. A spiral staircase leads up to the first-floor double bedroom, which also has its own sofa and Smart TV for a versatile space to unwind.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, a slimline dishwasher, an air fryer and a microwave, and a contemporary shower room with a walk-in shower serves the bedroom. Outside, an enclosed courtyard with furniture is a spot for morning coffee or eating outdoors, and off-road parking is provided for one car right by the door.

The owner keeps riding stables on site and offers guests a discount on riding lessons or hacks during their stay. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and WiFi covers the cottage throughout, with electric central heating keeping it warm in cooler months.

The Apple Loft does not accept pets and is no smoking throughout. A minimum stay of 3 nights applies, and the shop is 0.2 miles away with the pub at 0.4 miles, both an easy walk from the door, and the river is around 1.5 miles further on.
