The Apple Shed

The Apple Shed is a single-storey, weatherboarded property attached to the owner's house in the Exe Valley near the village of Silverton, with Exeter a short drive away. It sleeps 2 in one double bedroom, and has a single shower room.

Private decking runs alongside both the bedroom and the living space, with vines growing overhead for shade. The open-plan living area has a dining space for two and a sitting area with room to curl up on the sofa, and a sofa bed here can be made up on request. The shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has a 4-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, though there is no oven, so it suits simple self-catering rather than a full roast. A Smart TV and WiFi cover the living space, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Off-road parking is provided for 1 car, and there's storage for bikes.

Outside, a non-enclosed front garden has decking and furniture for sitting out. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere on site, check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am, and the nearest shop is 1.1 miles away with a pub 1.2 miles from the property.
