Olive Court Coach House

Olive Court Coach House is a stone-built property set in Newton Ferrers, a village on the Yealm estuary near Plymouth. The comfortable lounge has a leather sofa, television and DVD player, along with a selection of books and magazines, plus a separate downstairs WC.

The kitchen/diner is well equipped with an electric double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and there's a large dining table for family meals. Upstairs are three bedrooms: a king-size room with en-suite shower room and WC, a twin room and a single room, served by a further bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Outside, an enclosed walled courtyard in a Mediterranean style provides a private outdoor space with two patio tables and chairs, ideal for sitting out. There is allocated parking for one car, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A shop and pub are both within walking distance.

This property sleeps four plus one, with one medium-sized dog welcome and further dogs considered by arrangement (additional charges may apply). Regrettably, no cot or highchair is provided, though guests are welcome to bring their own. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00, with bed linen and towels included in the stay.
