Waterfront stays on Plymouth's Mount Batten Peninsula
Mountbatten House sits on the water’s edge of the Mount Batten Peninsula, sleeping six across three floors. The ground-floor double has patio doors opening onto a marina-front terrace with outdoor seating and a BBQ; the first-floor lounge and kitchen share a balcony with harbour views, and two further bedrooms occupy the second floor, one a double with marina outlook and the other a twin. Bathrooms include a ground-floor en-suite shower room and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and milk frother.
Practical amenities run to a ground-floor utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a Smart TV in the lounge, Freeview in the double bedroom, and private driveway parking for two cars. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request. The South West Coast Path passes close by the property, and watersports are accessible nearby. No dogs are accepted at this property.
