Bradbridge Barn

Bradbridge Barn is a single-storey, detached cottage in the village of Newton Ferrers, which has a butcher, chemist, post office and grocer, plus a village pub less than a mile from the cottage. The cottage sleeps 4 across two en-suite bedrooms.

Big glass doors open into an airy open-plan living space with leather sofas, a dining area and a handcrafted kitchen, with steps out to the garden. The two en-suite bedrooms sit privately at either end of the cottage: a king-size double with a bathroom with a bath and shower over it, and a twin with an en-suite shower room.

The kitchen has a microwave, fridge/freezer, washer-drier and dishwasher, with a TV with DVD and WiFi, and fuel and power included in the rent. A highchair is available on request. Outside, a shared suntrap garden at the front, surrounded by tropical plants, has space to sit out and a barbecue.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and an EV charger is available by arrangement, with charges paid to the owner direct. Bradbridge Barn is no smoking throughout, and from April to October the change-over day is Saturday. Plymouth is around 8 miles away for further shops and the Barbican quayside.
