Mixit Cottage

Mixit Cottage stands at the far end of the original farmyard on a working farm close to Kingsbridge, near the shared swimming pool and games room. The open-plan living space upstairs has a lofty ceiling, wood floor and a wood burning stove to sit beside while watching TV.

Downstairs, the cottage sleeps 2 in a single bedroom, a super king that converts to a twin, with French windows onto a Juliet balcony behind a balustrade, plus a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, WC and basin. A Smart TV, WiFi and a payphone cover the living space, with fuel and power included in the rent.

The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, washer-dryer and dishwasher, and guests share use of the indoor swimming pool, open from 7am to 8pm, and the games room elsewhere on the farm. Barbecues can be enjoyed in the cottage's own outdoor seating area, and off-road parking is provided for one car.

Mixit Cottage does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted. The property does not take children, other than babes in arms, and a cot and highchair are available on request for those. A pub is under a mile away, and the water supply is private, tested regularly.
