Meadow Lodge

Meadow Lodge is a timber-built, single-storey lodge at Briar Hill Farm in Newton Ferrers, sitting in an elevated spot with rural views. It is one of four lodges on the site and sleeps 5 across three bedrooms, with all the accommodation on the ground floor.

An open-plan living space holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a slimline dishwasher. Floor-length windows bring in natural light, and there is a breakfast bar for two plus an oak table seating five. A corner sofa, a Smart TV with Freesat and WiFi cover evenings in, and gas central heating runs throughout.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. A double bedroom and a small double (4 foot, suitable for one person) share a family bathroom with a bath, shower over and heated towel rail.

Outside, a front deck has rattan furniture looking out over the surrounding countryside. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars. Note that beach towels are not included.

No pets are allowed and the lodge is strictly no smoking. The shop is about 0.2 miles away, the pub 0.3 miles, and the beach 2.4 miles, with Newton Ferrers own convenience store and the Dolphin Inn both close by, Plymouth's aquarium and museums a short drive on, and Dartmoor National Park within reach for walking.
