3 The Hide

3 The Hide is a first-floor duplex apartment set over two floors above Newton Creek in Newton Ferrers, reached via 13 external steps. The apartment sleeps 6 across three bedrooms, with two private balconies and off-road parking for one car.

The first floor holds an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with balcony access and large windows over the creek, a double bedroom that also opens onto the balcony, and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Upstairs on the second floor are two further bedrooms: a super-king-size room with its own en-suite bathroom and balcony, and a twin room with an en-suite shower room, giving the apartment three bathrooms in total.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and there's a Smart TV and WiFi throughout. Underfloor heating covers the apartment, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels, and guests can use the development's communal gardens.

3 The Hide does not accept pets and is strictly no smoking. Off-road parking is provided for one car, and visitor parking is also available nearby. The nearest shop is around 0.6 miles away and the nearest pub about 1.7 miles. Both super-king beds on the second floor, including the twin room's zip-and-link bed, are made up with single duvets rather than a shared one.
