Spread over three floors, it sleeps 6: the first floor has a small double and a super-king-size room sharing a family bathroom, while the second-floor master bedroom is a further super-king-size with its own en-suite bathroom. Both super-king beds can split into twins on request.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has bi-fold doors onto the garden, plus a separate sitting room, a utility room and a cloakroom. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine, and a fixed stairgate is fitted for younger guests.
