Malting Cottage

Malting Cottage sits in the seaside town of Dawlish, a short walk from the shop, pub and sandy beach, and within easy walking distance of the railway station and bus routes. The cottage sleeps 3 across a double bedroom and a single bedroom, served by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Inside, the living and dining room has its own seating area and opens off the kitchen, which has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a combined washer/dryer, fully equipped for a week-long stay. A TV with Sky streaming and a DAB radio with CD player and Bluetooth cover evenings in, and gas central heating keeps the cottage warm, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

At the front of the property, a patio holds a table, seating and a parasol for meals outside. One designated off-road parking space is provided, and the shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles away, with the beach 0.2 miles for swimming, rock pools and sandcastles. The South West Coast Path runs from Dawlish towards Dawlish Warren for those who want a longer walk.

Children under 12 are not accepted, and the cottage does not take pets and is no smoking throughout.
