Little Waycroft

Little Waycroft is a single-storey villa-style property near Dawlish, set in two acres of grounds between Dawlish and the village of Starcross. It has one bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, hand shower, WC and washbasin, sleeping 2, plus a separate shower room.

The enormous kitchen and diner has a table, chairs and a sofa, with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The adjoining lounge has sliding doors onto a private, south-facing decked terrace, not overlooked from neighbouring properties, and TV with DVD player and WiFi cover the sitting area. Central heating runs throughout, with a supplement added to bookings starting between 16 September and 27 May.

Steps lead down from the terrace into a large lawned garden, shared with the owners and their young family, set among two acres of countryside with views out over the surrounding fields. Off-road parking is provided at the property, and a cot is available on request for younger guests.

Little Waycroft does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property. The shop and pub are around 1.5 miles away, with the beach about 2 miles, and bed linen and towels are included in the rent at no extra charge.
