Saltrock Cottage

Saltrock Cottage sits on a one-way street in Kingsbridge, within half a mile of the town's shops, pubs and eateries. The quay is equally close, where stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking on the estuary are available. Salcombe lies around six miles away with two sandy beaches and access to the South West Coast Path, while Bantham, a popular surf spot, is about five and a half miles from the cottage.

The cottage accommodates up to five guests across two bedrooms: a king-size master and a triple room with a double and a single bed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and its own WC, with a further separate WC elsewhere in the property. One bathroom serves the whole party, so this works best for a small family or group of friends happy sharing.

Downstairs, the contemporary kitchen and dining area includes an electric oven, hob, microwave, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine. A breakfast bar and six-seater dining table give plenty of room to eat together. Smart TVs are fitted in both the lounge and the kitchen, with internet access throughout.

Parking needs planning: the cottage is on a one-way street with a side entrance, and guests must not unload directly outside as access must remain clear for a neighbouring property at all times. Unloading from Duncombe Street is possible, after which you will need to use public parking nearby for the rest of your stay. Two dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 09:00.
