Lower Fernlea

Lower Fernlea occupies two floors of a period townhouse on Devon Road, close to Courtenay Park and Salcombe town centre. A flight of stairs leads up from the parking area to the ground-floor entrance, and the dining area gives glimpses of the estuary and Batson Creek. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The ground-floor master bedroom has New England-style decor, a king-size bed and an en suite shower room with a power shower and WC. A twin bedroom upstairs has modern seaside decor with two 2'6" beds and a chest of drawers, sharing a family bathroom with a bath, shower over and WC.

The lounge has a feature stone fireplace, two sofas and a Smart TV with DVD player, and the dining area seats four. The kitchen is fitted with granite worktops, an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine and a dishwasher. A travel cot and highchair are provided for younger guests.

Off-road parking is available for one car, with steep steps up from the parking area to the front door. Electric car charging is available at an additional cost, and a private patio at the front has occasional furniture. No pets are permitted and the property is strictly no smoking.
