A four-storey Grade II listed property in Sidmouth sleeping six, with the ground floor dedicated to a kitchen and dining area built around a large oak table and a Rangemaster cooker. A dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine are all included, and a wood burner takes the edge off cooler evenings. A separate WC completes the ground floor.

One flight up, the first floor holds the main living room, fitted with two Smart TVs, an Xbox gaming console and a second wood burner; the first basket of logs is provided for both burners. A double bedroom also sits on this floor. The second floor adds a king-size bedroom with its own Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker and sea views, plus the family bathroom with a bath, shower and WC. Two further bedrooms on the third floor, a double and a twin, share a Jack and Jill shower room with WC, and the third-floor double takes in additional sea views.

To the rear, a private enclosed courtyard with a dining table and chairs provides a sheltered outdoor space. A wooden bench at the front offers a second place to sit. The beach and a pub are under 200 yards away, a shop is 0.2 miles, and off-road parking for one car is provided at the property.

Dogs are not accepted, and with four floors and no lift the property requires guests to be comfortable on stairs. A travel cot is available on request. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure by 10:00, with a maximum of six guests.
