This first-floor apartment sits moments from the seafront in Sidmouth, with views across Lyme Bay from both bedrooms and the lounge. The beach lies 20 metres away. The property sleeps four: a king-size bed and a twin bed provide flexible sleeping arrangements for a small family or two couples.

Access to the first floor begins at the rear ground-floor entrance. Guests climb the main staircase from the ground floor to reach the first floor, then encounter two steps up with hand rails to the front door, followed by two more steps up into the hall. The lounge frames the sea views, while the kitchen/diner features two bay windows with window seats and a dining table. Both bedrooms overlook the water. A single shower room with WC serves the bedrooms.

The kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. A De'Longhi Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine is provided, along with a welcome pack. Television and DVD player are available. A wooden bench by the entrance offers a spot to catch the sea air.

Free parking for one car sits in the private carpark adjacent to the property. A pub and shops are 150 metres away. The town's cricket ground lies immediately behind the apartment; visitors can use free deckchairs when matches are not scheduled. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request. Dogs are not permitted. Arrival is from 16:00; departure is before 10:00.
