Peaslands

Peaslands is a holiday home set in Sidmouth, close to the ever-popular Jurassic Coast. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, and a bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. An upstairs cloakroom adds a second WC for busier mornings.

The open-plan living space downstairs brings together the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, fitted with an electric oven and hob, a dishwasher and a washing machine alongside the usual cooking essentials. WiFi and a TV cover evenings in, and a highchair and travel cot can be requested for younger guests.

Outside, the enclosed rear courtyard garden has furniture for sitting out, and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a public car park nearby. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Note that there are two steps down from each bedroom to reach the bathroom, and barbecues aren't permitted at the property.

Peaslands takes one well-behaved dog, and guests wanting to bring a second are asked to check first. Smoking isn't permitted. The shop is 0.2 miles away and the pub 0.1 miles, with Sidmouth's beach, esplanade, the South West Coast Path and the Donkey Sanctuary all within easy reach for a day out.
